what if the Saurfangs end had not been by the hand of sylvanas but doing is own broxigar/hellscream moment on N'zoth
SPOILERS! I'm going to stand by my thoughts from yesterday. Again I've been the most defensive of Battle for Azeroth & I usually remain that way. But the ending is disappointing. I ultimately think BfA should've ended with Saurfang and the N'zoth stuff should've been for 9.0.

I prefer the way they went with Saurfang calling out Sylvanas and dying. It wasn't this, "glorious epic death" but it worked for me.

The end cinematic was ok. It felt...like we missed half of it though? Like...there isn't any dialogue or follow up that I've seen yet... hopefully there will be something. I've really enjoyed BFA so far but in a way it felt a lot more like three mini expacs, unlike Legion.

Don't get me wrong, each contained story was great! I really loved it....but I think my issue is it's difficult to tie them together at this point? They didn't seem to flow into each other that well. Like Ashzara to N'zoth was good but the Saurfang arc feels misplaced in this mix

Ion had an interview where he hinted N'Zoth may not be as gone as he implied. Combine that with Wrathion's quote of "What is real if our perceptions cannot be trusted?" I don't think he's finished just yet.

The Black Blade did glow bright blue. And then all that sweet AH gold disappeared with the blade. Clearly, there is but one possibility. He stole the gold and retired to Gadgetzan.
