I really want Thalyssra to become as prominent a Horde leader as any of the others. She's one of my favorite new characters in the story these past few years. I wasn't a fan of her original role in the BfA faction war but she's back to being the character I loved in Legion.

Conversely I feel like the Alliance AR leaders have gotten less and less screen time as we've gone along. Umbric totally absent in 8.3 despite it being an obvious plotline he should be involved in, Moira fell off the face of the earth, Turalyon/Fareeya never had any role, ect.
The Allied Race Leaders definitely have fallen into obscurity. Thally, Jaina and Talanji are really the only ones they've been focusing on lately. Talanji is probably going to get focused on a bit in Shadowlands maybe but everybody else might be going for the shelf for a time.

I don't even necessarily think Talanji will get storyline with Bwonsamdi in Shadowlands. I could really easily see them just make it more about Vol'jin or just nobody else and just Bwonsamdi and his relationship to The Jailer.
