Sabellian is such an interesting character that just seems like they don't know where to put him. Like... Obsidia, this random daily Apexis grind mob from BC, comes back in Twilight Highlands, but not Sabellian. Not Deathwing's other kid.
I know I'm the "Rexxar Guy" but for crying out loud Sabellian was our first "nice Black Dragon" way before either of these two. I would really like for them to include him into the Flight especially since he had whelps in his care and Wrathion could cure all of them.
The fact Sabellian was like, "Rexxar is my friend but I have yet to tell him my secret." that would've been a perfect thing to include in Battle for Azeroth.
Alright, well, I'm adding Sabellian to the list of BFA's untapped Rexxar potential alongside them NOT doing a Founding of Durotar Caverns dungeon.
Maybe they're saving him for Dragon Isles. Maybe we'll go to Dragon Isles before I mortgage a house.
