As a former Sylvanas Fan her upbringings with Arthas were tragic but yeah... There really isn't a reason for me to root for her considering 90% of the characters are alive that I actually do care for. Look at Sylvanas' opposite or nemesis of BfA for instance. (1/3)

Once Wrath started he was no longer a meme character but an actual one. And they've just kept adding more and more story to him.
Exactly! Because of his popularity and interest, they decided to do something with this character and it made him even better than before. His whole arc and story was honestly the best part of Battle for Azeroth along with Jaina's.
