As a former Sylvanas Fan her upbringings with Arthas were tragic but yeah... There really isn't a reason for me to root for her considering 90% of the characters are alive that I actually do care for. Look at Sylvanas' opposite or nemesis of BfA for instance. (1/3)

Varok Saurfang was a character we knew nothing about and honestly grew fame because he was at first a "meme character". But over time we got to know him. He was an Orc Veteran who drank the blood, committed horrible actions and regretted them. (2/3)
Varok Saurfang was a character much like fine wine aged well with time & became more popular because you could relate to him. He lost love ones yet he still lived despite wishing to die at times. Ultimately giving up himself for not just his Horde's future but others too. (3/3)

Compare this to Sylvanas who we still don't really know why she wants everyone to die and go to the Maw. Her motives are unclear and I cannot sympathize with her.
