Yeah, I had thought about that, too! The only real inheritance-based appointments left in the Horde are the Tauren and the Zandalari, right? That is really interesting!
Well, Baine nearly lost his to Magatha's involvement. I don't actually think the Tauren would turn to her because she killed Baine anyways but yeah the Zandalari & the Tauren seem to be the only ones operating that way. Orc clans can vary in that too though.
