I keep forgetting that 8.3 also has Gallywix basically being removed from the Horde as well. Sylvanas is at the final stage of Garrosh before the one where he died. Where her tiny fraction is the enemy and she has a Goblin architect.
8.3 is literally making the Horde a better faction than it was prior. It makes me really happy as Gallywix was the final leader of the Horde that would probably cause trouble for the faction really.
