You reckon Battle for Azeroth was just an excuse to finish up all of the remaining lore on Azeroth so they can finally do new stuff? Also ensuring Sylvanas leading us there. (Bish. >.>)
Battle for Azeroth felt like an expansion that was finishing up a lot of stories but also building new ones. It was a mish-mash of both. I don't think we're entirely done with Azeroth though.

I'd actually say that most of the stories on Azeroth are very far from being finished, that is prolly the only imperfection of Shadowlands (fso far ofc). I am wondering how many of the iconic characters we will meet there, also Tyrande and NE will get some more time.
