WoW RP Rant Part 1: If you're a Warlock and you summon your demon in the city. You're dumb. I've seen way too many warlock RPers in my hay day of summoning their demons & acting like their pets or people. No. Demons are DEMONS it's in the name for peet sakes!

WoW RP Rant Part 2: It's actually a law to keep your demon outside public areas & only outside the city & in your respective Warlock areas like the Slaughtered Lamb or the Cleft of Shadow. Yet people ignore this & act surprised when somebody is upset over your demon being out.

No one likes the lich king, yet we let his death knights in the city.

Death Knights I think are something very different from Demons. I do think Blizzard did a good job of showing how the Horde/Alliance would react if a Deathknight entered the city (without having proper permission by the Warchief). But demons are another story. (1/2)

With demons, they're asked to be there by their summoner. They can be dismissed & summoned within seconds or minutes. There's a sense of unease from a DK, Demon Hunter or even Void Elf sure. But those at the end of the day are or were people. Not so much with demons. (2/2)

Asked? Demons are far from asked. they are enslaved, basically bound by invisible chains. only invisible on greater demons (In enslave demon spell) Demons were people, much like demon hunters, death knights, and void elves. do you forget we have made allies with demons?
