Biggest thing that scares me about this whole FTC situation, & there is quite a lot to package, is that I look extremely young. I AM mistaken for a kid a lot. I'm 22 but my age is always in question & these FTC guys will see my reaction videos & see me potentially as a kid.

I have no idea. That's what the first thing that I googled popped up, but this was more of a normal "FTC" google. It's very possible he means something else.
The FTC COPPA is basically doing some major damage to content creators who make any sort of video. It doesn't matter if you're making it for kids or not if it looks like the video is meant for kids and you labeled your video for adults they'll fined you.
