Doesn't really work considering the Good Sethrak and Vulpera are buddies. The only negative relationship was with the Faithless which was everyone's enemy.
The main issue is the Sethrak realistically have very little reason to join the Alliance and more of a reason to join the Horde right now after the events of Volduun.
