Remember its not about being evil or good. The only people that go to the Maw are ones who are threats to the Shadowlands themselves. Lady Ashvane is just a sleazy politician and weapons trafficker. She wouldn't go to the Maw, and certainly wouldn't go to the other 2 places.
Hmm. Alright then. I was under the impression the Maw is for the worst of the worst like Gul'dan for instance.

I mean I'm sure the absolute worst people of history do end up going there, but Ashvane, while evil, doesn't fit that bill to me. She's just a greedy woman who wanted everything.

Think of it this way, if Kael'thas doesn't go to the Maw for enabling the long form torture of a Naaru, sacrificing his people to the Legion, becoming a Wretched, and nearly destroying Azeroth, Ashvane allying with Azshara makes it seem unlikely :P
