I mean yeah if you compare Bolvar and Arthas obviously Bolvar is the weaker Lich King. But at the end of the day, he's still the Lich King even without a Frostmourne. Bolvar was gonna lose or rather had to lose but I think most of us are just asking that Sylvanas take a beating.
The lich king itself is not very powerful, the lich kings power was to control the icy winds and the undead, but even then not very strong. Frostmourne was like 90% of Arthas's power. And again sylvanas cant take a beating, even 1 blow from bolvar would be fatal its hit type.
