Any luck with the release date?
More news coming out regarding Reforged that is making me disappointed. I'm still excited to play it again with new graphics but yikes... >No retconned lore. >Areas aren't being changed up that much. >Cutscenes shown in 2018 aren't happening now.

They said the cutscenes are going to be like the old style rather than the moment we saw in the trailer apparently. It was scrapped and I am very disappointed.

I remember a lot people were upset about the retconned lore- but why are they going back on the cutscenes?

fff... I was excited about having new looking cut scenes. What they showed last year is what sold the game to me.

Warcraft 3 Reforged was supposed to get new cutscenes and now they are not due to purist outcry.

The lore i understand: they shouldn't need to go back and change it, especially since modern lore essentially ruined everything that made Night Elves the wc3 version of themselves. But everything else... ugh.

Most of the lore changes would be from Chronicles Volume 3 and the Arthas novel I believe.
