The Horde and Alliance aren't really getting focused on in Shadowlands as far as I could tell.

I've not really had the time to really process the entire expansion until maybe now? Just because I haven't said anything on it doesn't mean I don't care. I hope the Alliance gets some love in Shadowlands just as Horde did in BfA.
