There's horrible potential but probably fake leak that Varok will come back as a Death Knight. First off, no. Second off, leave Varok Saurfang be! The man had a glorious death and great end for his character and was even given a proper funeral. Making him a DK demeans that.

Agreed. He deserves to have the sleep he always wanted. Hes wanted to die for years before he did. Let him have that! To bring him back would be a harsh punishment... But I could see Sylvanas doing it out of spite and misery from her own death.
Sylvanas would totally try to do it but I would love it if we stop her and she just suffers more from even trying that. Though considering he's buried in Outlands that is a lot to go for all the trouble just to get payback on him.
