He lost Orgrim first, Lost Sen'jin, Grommash, Cairn, Vol'jin, in a way Garrosh, and both Father and Son Saurfangs... and Tirion... Damn the list is way to big IMO
Looking over Thrall's friends (or brothers as he calls them) there really is so very few left and man is that depressing. With the Alliance and Horde set to have better relations in the future, and with Anduin being such a good guy and a lot less hot headed than his father, do you see Anduin and Thrall reaching the point where Thrall could call him, brother?

Thrall is really the only one left among the original racial leaders, and among his old friends, even though Eitrigg is still around. Hopefully he keeps Rexxar closer after these events.

He indeed pretty much only has Rexxar and Jaina (reconciled) left at the moment.
