Weird Theory | Possible Spoiler: I think that Sylvanas might attempt to possess the body of Bolvar the Lich King with her banshee powers. Hence Nathanos' and Sylvanas interaction at the Windrunner Tower of not being hesitant. This would allow her to skip the icecube phase.
