Forsaken = Undead/Scourge Undead/Scourge were made by the Lich King/Ner'zhul and Kil'jaeden. Therefore they were already cool. Sylvanas founded them and freed them sure, but she didn't make undead cool either.

Sylvanas created the Forsaken. Still doesn't mean she made them interesting or cool. She simply rallied them. It's the same vein of Sargeras who rallied the demons and made the burning legion. Sargeras didn't make the Legion cool he simply united them and gave them purpose.
