My biggest problem is her apparent reconciliation with Thrall. At the core of it, Thrall hid and went to have a family, after Jaina sacrificed her own for his and the Horde's sake. She should have at least confronted him on that.
I don't think by that time that Jaina would unleash such feelings on him like that. Thrall still has a lot of growing and at least showed he was blaming himself for a lot of what he did or didn't do. Probably would've panned out different if he said something else.

That's part of the problem. Jaina reconnected with her family and animosity towards the Horde kind of disappeared. I don't think Baine's actions should have eliminated that.
