Deathwing wasn’t even Wrathions’ father. He’s Ebonhorns’ old man so by that logic shouldn’t Ebonhorn be the new Black Prince and not the edgy teenager?

Makes total sense, and more the reason why rogues never got Ravenholdt as Order hall (Wrathion took it!) So offering power in the form of cloaks and daggers? Will he really want a way to rule or just in it to watch everything burn?
Wrathion did take over Ravenholdt for a bit but when the Red Dragonflight came to get rid of him it was heavily on fire. So I would say it belongs to nobody or was rebuilt in time.

I thought the place would be leveled as of current time... but still there cause other rogues that haven’t done the quest yet. There should have been a tunnel system under it like the lights chapel for pallys

Technically the entrance WAS the secret tunnel making it weird to be found so easily by the reds Even so, why would reds attack him when it was a red who help him hatch. Dear Alex was probably being scared of another black trying to control her or her flight
