Deathwing wasn’t even Wrathions’ father. He’s Ebonhorns’ old man so by that logic shouldn’t Ebonhorn be the new Black Prince and not the edgy teenager?

BTW, why DOES Wrathion has agents in the first place? Are they black dragons or dragonspawn? If so why would he think he's the last one alive? Also, if not dragon-kin why do they serve him?
I put two and two together that they're all former members of the Ravenholdt Assassins. We know that some of them are also former followers of Admiral Taylor as Wrathion took them. There's a possibility some of Garrosh's "true horde" also joined them as well.

Makes total sense, and more the reason why rogues never got Ravenholdt as Order hall (Wrathion took it!) So offering power in the form of cloaks and daggers? Will he really want a way to rule or just in it to watch everything burn?

Wrathion did take over Ravenholdt for a bit but when the Red Dragonflight came to get rid of him it was heavily on fire. So I would say it belongs to nobody or was rebuilt in time.
