In both Legendary Questchains Wrathion was: 1. Able to fend off a fully grown Black Dragon. 2. Survive a raid from the Red Dragonflight. 3. Be a difficult opponent for us in MoP when blindfolded. Wrathion might be a whelp but he is a very terrifying and powerful whelp.

Shokia escaped with everybody else listed. As a very very good sniper I imagine her talents would be helpful with Wrathion's Blacktalon legion.
