Magni could've been more interesting but just being this guy who yells at you to collect azerite or save Azeroth is extremely dull. Sure we had Thrall & Khadgar sort of do that but they always had a way to make it interesting. Khadgar with his humor & Thrall with his self-doubt.

What I wanted to see was the Armies of Legionfall turn into the Champions of Azeroth. The remnants of the Order Halls that decided to stay neutral instead of going to war. That way, benched characters like Khadgar or the Earthen Ring get involved rather than disappear.

Outlands is probably too far gone sadly and right now Azeroth takes priority and diverting attention away from Azeroth wouldn't be the best idea with it already in a state of dying.

The chances of that would probably be rather slim. Even if we found them, they probably wouldn't be as well formed as Outland is. And even if they were, the Legion or the Void Lords have probably scoured them beyond repair. I think Outland is the best MU Draenor will get.

That could be how Outlands is saved VIA the Ethereals who for whatever reason were studying Netherstorm and managed to somewhat show what it looked like prior to the destruction of Draenor. Which would make for a great expansion of a restored Draenor owned by the Ethereals.
