I've always thought that Wrathion would make a better Aspect of Earth, yeah. I like Ebonhorn better in terms of not jumpstarting a Legion invasion, but I'd have to differ to Wrathion in terms of development.
I don't mind Ebonhorn but he isn't as interesting or conflicting as Wrathion is. I don't want to say "edgy = good character" because I generally like characters like Thrall, Anduin, Varian, and Rexxar more than say Kael'thas. But Ebyssian kind of comes off as rather plain.
