The way the last cinematic went, I think the horde is going to switch to a council system and shy away from a singular leader. Thrall and Saurfang neither one want full responsibility. Lillian could easily be the voice in that council for the Forsaken.
I think that they are setting Thrall up for Warchief or at the very least leader of the orcs but I suppose we'll have to wait and see. Chris Metzen's big ol' question at Blizzcon has my thinking the first one though.
