You no longer have to really pay to fly in Northrend - you pay once for flying and that is it. Also, Borean Tundra really isn't the bad compared to the entirety of Outland which really has no story to each zone with maybe a few exceptions like Shadowmoon and Nagrand.

You still have to pay for flying but you no longer have to pay for flying in the different continents basically. But nah I get it.
