I'm not sure how and why people feel that way over a Store Mount. People can't access the collector's box as they're sold out so what does Blizzard do they put the mounts they already promised weeks ago as store mounts so people can purchase it. You don't have to purchase them.

Let me try and put it into perspective a little. Store mounts by itself aren't awful per say, but they are a clear move to grab some extra cash from players who already buy a base game + a monthly sub. 1/3

Do you get equally outraged when you go to a movie and they charge for popcorn? Because you're paying for the movie, so surely the popcorn should be included?

There have already been quite a few this expansion cycle. That combined with BfA's very rocky start makes already frustrated people more likely to latch onto something they don't approve of. 2/3

Finally, for this one specifically it's the way the message is frame that rubs people the wrong way. "We are celebrating 15 years, how about you pay us some extra money for some model reskins?" It screams corporate greed, and lots of people stand against that on principle. 3/3
