Even if you're the biggest Sylvanas fanboy in the world that logistically just can't happen. Her goal is to kill everybody who isn't in her tiny fraction of followers, which literally cannot happen in this game mechanically.

She's definitely not going to win ( if only because it's impossible to have WoW work with one faction clearly victorious and especially with her stated end goal of wiping out the alliance and most of the horde ) but I don't think she's going to "lose" either
