This tweet was made because people are unaware of the fact the Darkspears don't have an official leader yet but are saying Zekhan should be it over Rokhan. should be and HE should get his own model and armor. Because Zekhan got a new model he's assumed to be leader by some.

I think they will too but again this tweet was for those who are saying, "Zekhan for Warchief! Zekhan for Leader of the Darkspears!" No to them. Rokhan for Leader that's the point of the tweet.
