Blizz is kind of obsessed with making "children" leaders. Look at Anduin. Look at Talanji. Baine can also be an example. Kill the parents, make the child a leader before they're ready. Fits their MO. Rokhan makes the most sense but this is Blizz. They dont do logic LMAO
Except Anduin is an adult by the time he's King. Baine was already an adult when made Chieftain. Both were hierarchies and both made sense to be leader because they were established that from the start.

Anduin was 20 to my knowledge? And yeah, true, they had that experience, but still technically "kids", which is the only point I'm really making. Zekhan fits into that, plus having no father (and no mother apparently?), so only thing he lacks is the exp.

Anduin is 18 by the time of BfA. But I really don't consider Anduin and Baine in the same aspect of Zekhan. Zekhan is a brand new character, brand new to war and brand new to the franchise. Anduin and Baine have been apart of it from the start and have grown into their roles.
