Her method of them "enduring" is forsakening themselves and being killed. Sylvanas' clear goal is making the races of the Alliance and Horde into undead slaves. The victory is worthless when without honor and without the living to savor it.

Alliance? Yes, after all they'd bolster Horde ranks. Horde? Only times she brought fallen Horde soldiers back was in Battle for Lordaeron and it was a desperate situation. If she didn't guarantee the Horde's survival, who'd be alive to savor victory? The Alliance.

Except the Alliance wouldn't wipe the entirety of the Horde out that's not how they roll and that's not how they'll proceed going forward given what Baine did.

Could Sylvanas have 100% surety? Again A Good War covers why she'd act in such way despite the Alliance's Lawful Good stance.

Sorry man. I can't defend Sylvanas anymore she pushes things too far that even Bwonsamdi and the Lich King say she's gone too far.

The Lich King is kinda biased(Arthas being betrayed by her, Bolvar being blighted by forsaken...) and Bwonsandi wants the souls for himself. You don't have to defend her, just consider that she does care about the Horde and will do whatever it takes for the sake of it's people.

It's a very small amount of me that believes she remotely cares for the Horde at this point. In my view and my opinion Baine, Thrall, and Saurfang care more about the Horde than Sylvanas right now. They've not done a good job at selling me with Sylvanas' "Care for the Horde."

Outside of the novels, yeah they really need to show it more. Saurfang certainly cares more, again quite well shown in A Good War. But Thrall feels like the only reason he came back was because he believes Sylvanas sent deathstalkers after him and his family.

To be fair, in the exact same cinematic he was still going over to reach for his axe even before the Deathstalkers attacked. They kind of leave it up to us on whether or not he would or wouldn't come.

Speculation, possible but not possible to confirm either. I gotta go now, but I'll try answering more tomorow. Always appreciate being able to discuss lore with level headed folk.
