Sylvanas' goal is no longer about the Horde's survival. Maybe at one point it was but she willingly had the Horde's forces flushed down Naz'jatar to remove the "disloyal". Not only that but she also had her own forces blighted to death in the fight for Lordaeron.

Alliance? Yes, after all they'd bolster Horde ranks. Horde? Only times she brought fallen Horde soldiers back was in Battle for Lordaeron and it was a desperate situation. If she didn't guarantee the Horde's survival, who'd be alive to savor victory? The Alliance.
The use of necromancy is heavily debated upon by citizens and leaders alike but in the eyes of most it is wrong and shouldn't even be used as a last resort.

Again, Sylvanas doesn't care about crossing lines if it means. She does whatever it takes to get victory for the Horde.

And that's not really a good thing... And again she's not doing these "victories" for the Horde she's doing them for herself. Sylvanas truly doesn't care for the Horde she merely cares for her own survival and for the time being she needs the Horde for that.
