Following Sylvanas at this point is ruining the Horde as is. She's making the Horde into something it isn't and the Horde isn't going to allow her to ruin it any further. Only together with the Alliance can they end her reign.

Except Garrosh forbid it's use... When someone like Garrosh even recognizes as something too far that's something that should never really be used.

A win is still a win. Garrosh never really admonished Sylvanas for disobeying him on that did he?

Far as we know he didn't but at the same time, it was collided with the report that Sylvanas died in battle and was re-raised. Might've been conflicting to speak about it at the time.
