Sylvanas' goal is no longer about the Horde's survival. Maybe at one point it was but she willingly had the Horde's forces flushed down Naz'jatar to remove the "disloyal". Not only that but she also had her own forces blighted to death in the fight for Lordaeron.

You're saying her method isn't worth it. Could be misinterpreted.
But her methods aren't worth it... That's been evident not just in BfA but since Wrath of the Lich King. The Wrathgate was the biggest red blag ever presented to the Horde and all of their flags are literally red.

Wrathgate was Putress and Varimathras. Sylvanas wanted to use the blight on Scourge forces(Possibly Alliance in the future)

While it's true that Putress and Varimathras used the blight earlier than intended I do not doubt that Sylvanas wouldn't have used the Lich King's arrival as an opportunity to strike him down. But the whole introduction of blight in itself is what I am mostly talking about here.
