The only argument I could see is that Talanji established herself as equal to Sylvanas in the Horde-Zandalari so she wouldn't feel the need to rebel since she could oppose her from within. But yeah she has loyalty to Baine so that would be unlikely.
Also, her not-boyfriend Rokhan is already sided with Thrall and Saurfang so I am certain he would convince her too.

Yeah but I could see Talanji putting duty above emotion and forsaking Rok'han in that case. Besides, she will be pissed when she finds out Rok'han-buddy-Thrall and Dazar'Alor-sieging-Jaina are bff. Still, I expect Talanji on the side of the rebels.
