I just have a hard time thinking of a concept of how they would even be punished especially those who acted against Sylvanas. The most I could see is spending resources on those lost in Teldrassil and moving war camps and bases from taken territory.

The problem is how the Horde is currently structured. The whole Warchief title needs to go or be revised by the Leaders of the Horde when going forward. As many people are still barking mad about the "Honorable Oath" when you decide to betray Sylvanas.
