They did a fine job of it. You just seem to think there were a lot more in group b than there actually were. The only one was Saurfang. Literally. Every single other POV we saw were people who had no problem, or were even happy, about doing it.

I don't know how many more times Blizzard needs to make the Horde commit evil acts before you & some others realize that, by and large, the Horde is totally fine doing horrendous things. The only thing stopping them from doing more are a few leaders OCCASIONALLY not ordering it.

The Horde has an identity crisis for this very reason. Some of it wants to do the wrongs you're pointing out while some of it doesn't. It's constantly clashing with one another which is why it needs stability.

Well, I disagree, sorry. But telling people their factions need to be dismantled just doesn't work and breeds in negativity outside the story and even in the story. This is exactly why Blizzard will never do it and I think that's it a good thing.
