I mean, the current storyline wouldn't require an Alliance cinematic. If they'd do a third one though.. given how things went so far.. I wouldn't be surprised if it were a mixed one, it's not about the Horde at this point. And, it would definitely have Jaina, which would be

Jaina, Thrall, the others worked together and surely, they will do so in the future. If there was to be another cinematic in this thread, it would feature both the Alliance (likely Jaina) and the Horde. It is the climax of the Horde story line, yes, but it wouldn't be exclusive.

The only place where they could've done a full on cinematic for the Alliance is Tyrande and her vengeance. Which was, undoubtedly cut (or designed to be) short, and centered about the Warfront. I'm sure the next expansion will be more Alliance focused. It has to be.

There are several in-game cutscenes that could have been full blown CGIs. Jaina's one in Thros is a good example. Also we've been told the Alliance are getting story for over a decade now and it hasn't happened. And I doubt it will the next expansion either.
