I don't see Forest Trolls honestly. They're just buffed up trolls at the moment and currently have little significance. But hey who knows? They could always be much later on. I could see High Elves as customization for Void Elves maybe.

The main issue is how similar Blood Elves and High Elves are already - especially now that the fel is no longer a big issue for them. The moment they did Void Elves was the moment High Elves seemed impossible. By giving them this option it would make them possible at least.
