It is heavily implied through the zone that the beefy or larger Kul Tirans are potentially Half-Drusts, Half-Humans but that's not really confirmed. Junker Gnomes just felt more natural to me than the other new races they've been making for the Alliance.

It is actually not, all of Gorag Tul's Drusts were killed and only Thorsnpeakers joined the society, although only a group of them and just to teach Kul Tirans Drust (druidic) magic. There is also no text that would suggest any Drust origin for KTs.

No interaction between NPCs, really I can't think of anything. if I recall correctly their stature is caused by living on the sea as some of the employees said. So they are unfortunately only body type, which is not even the most common among KTs.

Add it to the list of missed opportunities. As for Junker gnomes, personaly I find them morbid, horrendous and insane, which is not so uncommon opinion. There could have been Clockwork gnomes or Mechagon gnomes could use the technology to turn their bodies back to mechanical.

I personally think Clockwork gnomes would've been more boring.

Ofc the feelings about their appearance are subjective (still the reception seems to mixed again). The thing I wanted to point out was that Alliance got always different versions of races which were wanted. The same goes to Junker gnomes.

On the other hand their introduction and lore is quite good, it gives sense, that is one of the strengths of this race :) Still Ankoan would be welcomed more and finally bring some variety to the Alliance (even though, yet again, those could have been Jinyu XD )

I'm not really attached to the Ankoan. I found them incredibly boring and unrelatable. The fact I felt more for the Junker Gnomes, with little lore attached, than the Ankoan is rather telling. But if we got them someday and they expanded on them? Neat.
