Considering Azshara is still a powerful character it wouldn't be unwise to keep such a minion around in case he needs more time to do something. Hard to say right now but I suppose we shall see in 8.3.

As an Azshara fan I look at this entire patch and go, "This is what Azshara was saved 15 years for? This?"
It's weird for me because before Rise of Azshara I didn't care too much for her but then the patch comes out and I start to like and want more of this character.

The zone writing for her, what little writing there actually is, was fine. It was this ending, which makes absolutely no sense. There is a ton of wasted potential in the Naga story as well. It's bad enough they freed Neptulon in a tweet rofl.

I do take an issue with how Neptulon was handled. That was bogus.
