I'll stay adamant for as long as possible. I am certain that the Mok'Nathals will be an allied race. It's not a matter of if but rather a matter of when. There typically isn't a female model for most races right away though. And they can use the Female Kul Tiran rigs for the female Mok'Nathal too. Also, there's a whole village of the Mok'nathal in Outlands and we're never told how big they are but I imagine a decent amount.
