This is the vibe I got. Azshara is a monster and almost devoid of any kind of redeeming quality, but it sounds to me like she feels some small hint of remorse towards the people she screwed over twice - even if she is the reason they can’t move on.
Maybe Azshara actually feels remorse for what she did? I do recall that Thally believes we struck a nerve when talking about "selling her people out" to N'zoth for their survival.

I see a lot of comparisons of Azshara and Sylvanas as of late. I'm thinking Azshara is the example of how far loyalty can go too far for a Leader.
