Once more it was removed. Maybe they'll include Ozumat as a boss in 8.3 or in the future or they're keeping that idea of Neptulon owning him as a pet.
We never killed Ozumat at the end of the Dungeon as he got away with Neptulon. Was suppose to probably be an encounter for the Raid in Cataclysm but it was scrapped. In Legion, Ozumat made a cameo in the Shaman Order Hall but it was removed.
