I'm starting to think the real reason that Taliesin wanted Rexxar dead a few months back was because of the fact that Rexxar kills his look-alike in the War Campaign.

Is that Talitoon anyone specific or just a random mob Rexxar kills? As an aside: Did Tali say that he wanted Rexxar dead? Or just that the thought Jaina would kill him because of what Rexxar says when you first speak to him when you meet him in Kul Tiras?

The video was ages ago but I think he implied Rexxar would die in BfA to Jaina or someone. It was forever ago and I think

I haven't played Horde since PTR (Pre: Teldrassil) but when I first met Rexxar in Drustvar he told me that while he had sympathized with Jaina for a long time after Theremore she had now killed too many Horde looking for revenge and that he was going to kill her.

He still says that today. To this day it confuses me since up until that point the one Horde Jaina had killed were the Sunreavers who refused to stop attacking her.

We see in the recent comic book that during Legion Jaina had been fighting the Legion on her own. It was happening, we just didn't see it or know about it. Maybe we're also expected to accept that during that same time she has also been attacking Horde. But I don't know for sure.

I think there were more reasons than just that. After all it's been a very long time since they used Rexxar for anything. This did seem like a good way or method to bring him back from the shelf they put him on though.
