I think it's blatantly obvious that Team Sylvanas is the evil side (I mean, it was obvious before BfA even started), but I think the majority of Sylvanas supporters at this point are doing so out of spite. I personally don't share their sentiments over her... but I understand it.

There's some interesting conflict to be had in RP over it for sure. I remember during the Hellscream Rebellion several Kor'kron were happily evil and were also well aware that they would lose by the end of it. I just hope the Sylvanas fans are aware of that too.

I love how there are members of the Horde who still think there is any sub-set of their faction that could ever, in any way, be considered the 'good guys.' Just because you kill the baby before you cook and eat it doesn't excuse the fact you're eating a baby. (this is humor)

I don't know if they view themselves as "good guys" I think it's more they view themselves as "right". The constant retort I have seen is fighting for the Warchief is right and fighting against the Warchief is wrong. Despite us doing exactly that in Mists of Pandaria.
