Yup, came here to say this. I appreciate what they were trying to do with the first movie, but telling anything but the Arthas story on the big screen was a mistake.
I personally think the Arthas story isn't enough, but something like the Third War as a whole movie would be great.

Yeah, I shouldn't say just Arthas - basically all of Warcraft 3 has a solid movie to squeeze out of it. Thrall, Jaina, Arthas, Tyrande, Malfurion, Illidan... I appreciate the first two RTS games, but the Azeroth they portrayed wasn't as fleshed out and gripping as WC3's.
