I like to imagine that immediately after killing Cairne, Garrosh had a Shane from Walking Dead moment of private mental psychosis where he shaved his head and contemplated some things menacingly.
I do wonder if Garrosh ever did regret killing Cairne Bloodhoof to an extent. He definitely wished he got to fight Cairne instead without the poison, he wanted a fair fight with Cairne whom before getting hit by Gorehowl was winning their match.

This might not be intentional, but the illustration of him standing over Cairne's corpse doesn't strike me as one of traditional orc victory. He looks like he's reveling to an extent, but I'm sensing a hint of "dear god, what have I done" as well. Maybe it's just me.

Garrosh was an enigma of a character. I truly wish we got a redemption with him in WoD or just a different expansion all together instead of WoD.
