Unfortunately, since its open waters like that he won't be able to take his favored wolfbrothers Skoll and Hati since they're coated in lightning and being bathed in the waters like that can kill them.

I based it a lot off of Rexxar's Masterskin in Heroes of the Storm. I would kill for a cloak like it but I'll just have to settle for the War-torn Crimson Cloak they added in 8.1.
